The chestnut closed to finish sixth after a slow start in her 5 1/2-panel debut at Saratoga Aug. 9 and was let go at odds of 9-1 for this first try at an extended distance. She secured position tracking the pace in fourth as Shayna Lady (American Lion) showed the way through fractions of :23.70 and :47.44 and angled out turning for home. Asked for more in midstretch, she moved to the front in tandem with first-timer Tapless (Tapit) and kicked clear to a two-length score over that rival.
